44th Noel Night

Join the Detroit Public Library for joyful, holiday fun and activities! We are excited to host a giveaway contest of over 20 American Girl Melody Ellison dolls this year (Winners will be notified the following week)!  Be sure to stop by Children's Library to fill out an entry form.  Santa Claus will be "in the house" to listen to kids' requests and to take photos. We will have free cider and Dutch Girl doughnuts (while supplies last) and DJ Emmett spinning holiday hits for you to dance those calories away. Talented musicians, singers and dancers will be featured throughout the building. Tour through our DPL Galleria featuring local artists, our Open House for special collections or just stroll through our beautiful building and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.
